Add or Edit a collection to/in the tracker bot

#### *`Parameters`*

1. ***`collection (required)`**`- Collection name (slug) based in the OpenSea URL opensea.io/collection/boredapeyachtclub <--`` `**`boredapeyachtclub`***
2. ***`top-floor (required)`**`- The maximum price of the floor to trigger alarm`*
3. ***`bottom-floor (required)`**`- The minimum price of the floor to trigger alarm`*
